# Design critique

A ritual where designers gather to share their work and get feedback.

Feedback and iteration help the design process at every phase. Promote collaboration by prompting your team to submit topics for discussion—including any necessary context and a link to their work—via the Add topic button in the top right of the table, then work through each topic as a group.
